A Quick Note About Timing

I usually need at least 2 weeks’ notice for custom cookie orders.
If your event is sooner, you’re still welcome to submit a request—I’ll do my best to squeeze you in if my baking schedule allows.

What Happens Next

  1. I’ll review your request
    I’ll go through your theme, quantities, dates, and any inspo photos you shared.

  2. I’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days
    You’ll get an email from me to:

    • Confirm availability for your date
    • Chat about design details
    • Provide a quote

  3. Secure your spot in the oven
    Your order is officially booked once payment/retainer is received.
    Since I’m a one-woman cookie operation (designer, baker, decorator, packer, and marketer!), I can only take a limited number of orders each week—so dates can’t be held without payment.

Need Your Cookies By a Specific Date?

If your cookies are for a specific event (birthday, shower, wedding, corporate event, etc.), please keep an eye on your inbox so we can lock in the details and timing.

If you don’t see an email from me within 1–2 business days, please:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Search for my email address (jannah@sassybakes.ca)
  • Or fill out the form again in case there was a typo

Is my order confirmed?
Not yet. Your order is confirmed once I’ve replied to your request and payment has been received.

Can you take last-minute orders?
Sometimes! It depends on my schedule and existing orders. I generally need 2 weeks’ notice, but feel free to ask—I’ll always try my best.

How will we finalize the design?
We’ll chat by email. You can share colours, themes, inspo photos, and any “must-have” details, and I’ll put together a design plan that fits your vision.
